This Privacy Policy explains how Statuso Saver - Video Download handles information when you use the App. We built this App to help you view and save WhatsApp status photos and videos before they disappear — we designed it to keep as much as possible on your device and out of our hands.

The App accesses the following on your device, only to provide its core features:

Photos and videos (media/storage access): used to find WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business status files on your device and to save copies you choose to keep. This stays on your device — the App does not transmit these files to us or any server.

2. Advertising & Analytics

The App uses third-party services for advertising and analytics, such as Google AdMob and Google Analytics / Firebase. These services may automatically collect information such as:

Advertising ID / device identifiers

Approximate location (based on IP address)

Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size)

App usage data (screens viewed, features used, session length, crash logs)

This information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We use this data to display ads, measure ad performance, and understand how the App is used so we can improve it.

Status photos/videos you save are stored locally in your device's gallery/storage and remain there until you delete them — we have no access to or copy of these files. Any data collected by third-party ad/analytics providers is retained according to their own policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Statuso Saver - Video Download is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.

9. Your Choices

You can revoke storage/media permissions at any time from your device's App Settings.

You can opt out of ad personalization as described in Section 2.

You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes all app-specific data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
